The leadership of the Rounders is organized in two areas to develop quality performances for the community and a valuable experience to the members:

The Creative Staff - (Photos Below) - The Creative Team's mission is to plan and implement all facets of the performance product - both musically and visually - that is presented to the audience. As such, they choose the music each year, performance schedule, drill design, flag colors, etc., including uniform colors with board approval.  We meet several times each year after the season to plan for the following year. 

The Board of Directors - The Board of Director's mission is to develop policies and events that support the valuable member / community experience. - Link to See Your Board
